2 Willow Road
Perhaps the best example of Modernist architecture in Britain, 2 Willow
Road was designed by architect Eric Goldfinger in 1939 as a residence
for his own family. The house is the middle house of a terrace of
three dwellings.
The interior is stocked with wonderful examples of 20th century art,
including works by Bridget Riley, Max Ernst and Henry Moore, as well
as furniture designed by Goldfinger himself. The house is now maintained
by the National Trust.
