Coffee Cream Sponge RecipeIngredients Cook for 20-25 mins @ 150, gas mark 2. Set on cooling rack. CREAM:- mix fat and icing sugar until creamy, and add coffee to taste. Layer one sixth of cream between two sponges and then cream over the top, decorating as desired. Comments: Will freeze well but as it is a non fat sponge it will only keep for a short while.
