En-suite with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom 3. En-suite with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom 4. 1 double bed, 1 single bed and wash hand basin. Bedroom 5. 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom 6. On ground floor and with access to garden. En-suite bathroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. This room has it's own breakfast area and kitchenette. The main bathroom is upstairs.

Downstairs, extremely spacious entrance hall, cloakroom and toilet. Lounge with comfortable seating for 14, dining room with seating for 18 and dining area in kitchen to seat 8.
