The Lounge/Dining room is the heart of this barn with ample comfortable seating for both dining and relaxing.

5 Bedrooms: 2 twin rooms 1 double and 2 family rooms (double + single). As the family rooms are large it is possible to add another single. Bed settee in an upstairs lounge area plus cane chairs, TV for videos and CD player.

2 Bathrooms: 1: Bath, toilet, washbasin and separate electric shower cubicle. 2: Toilet, wash basin, bath with electric shower over. Very well equipped spacious kitchen . Patio area to sit and relax or have a barbecue.

Well behaved pets are welcome - maximum of two unless discussed with owners first.

Midtown House is situated in the quiet pretty village of Hayton near Aspatria.

It overlooks the green with views of the picturesque church.

Originally part of a farm, Midtown House (c.1850) is a barn conversion, which internally retains a wealth of exposed original beams. It is extremely spacious yet homely.

The multifuel stove provides central heating and gives a cosy focal point in the large
living/dining room which has ample comfy seating and a dining table which can accommodate everyone.
