It is set on the Rame Peninsular,with spectacular coastal views, numerous beaches, healthy walks, character fishing villages, Historic places and Houses to visit and a wide variety of eating available.
Despite its nickname, this area is in no way remote, with Plymouth just 3.5 miles west and more popular holiday towns like Looe and Polpero, a few miles further east.
Of course, many people visit this area on their way to The Eden Project, about 60 minutes from Bulland House.
The house lies within the Antony Estates which contains Antony House now in National Trust Ownership.
