Directions
From EXETER take the A30 to Okehampton Cornwall. After Bodmin, take the A391 to St.Austell. Turn right onto the A390. At the 3rd roundabout, turn left onto the B3273 towards Mevagissey. Pass Pentewan Beach and turn right on the brow of the hill,signposted Gorran, the lost gardens Heligan, follow road At the very sharp left-hand bend, before Heligan Gardens, turn right, sign posted Pengrugla and Lower Barn. Follow brown signs for Lower Barn, about 1 mile

Please remember that a booking is a legal contract and we have to charge for the accommodation if you cancel unless it is re-booked.
