With glorious views of Ullock Pike and Skiddaw our comfortable rooms overlook Sale Fell and Wythop Woods opposite.

Visit in spring when the nesting Osprey returns, when daffodils cover the garden and when our own new born lambs gambol in the fields.Also walk on our grazing wet land board walk (1.5 km )and see the wet land birds in a natural habitat.Private off road parking, cycle storage, drying facilities and licensed conservatory bar.We are also on a public bus route which runs from Penrith to Cockermouth.
