There are many local attractions including Castle Drogo, Dartmoor, Haytor, Exeter, Torquay, Widecombe-in-the-Moor, Princetown, quality golf courses and pony trekking.
There are many scenic walks in the Teign valley or up on the moors and the Eden Project near St Austell is just an hour away.
