The gardens surrounding this 20th century castle are to an original design by Gertrude Jekyll. There are formal gardens, woodland walks, roses, spring flowers, terraces, yew hedges, herbaceous borders, and more. The gardens offer superb views of Dartmoor and the Teign River.
