Due to the hotels no-key, code based system guests have complete freedom of arrival.The hotel is five minutes from the M5, (Cullompton).
There is also access to the Streatham Campus end of Exeter via Killerton and the Tiverton Road.
Exeter airport is seven miles away.Tourists will find that across the road is National Trust Woodland walk.
Killerton House and gardens are two miles away.
Across the road is an Antique warehouse and nearby is Quad bike World.The hotel is served by a bus ,every fifteen minutes (subject to timetable) ,that stops outside, for Exeter and Cullompton.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel.

Directions
From M5, JN28, Cullompton, take the road to Cullompton and Hele the B3181 (more an 'A' road). Follow through Cullompton, turn right at the junction for Hele. We are on the corner of this junction. From Exeter, go out to Pinhoe, Heavitree. Take the B3181 for Broadclyst. Go through Broadclyst and Beare and take the left turn to Hele. Turn in our drive immediately on the right. From the Streatham Campus end of Exeter, go out on New North Road heading Crediton direction. Follow the road to Stoke Canon. At Stoke Canon take the road right at the church to Huxham. Follow the road to Killerton, go past Killerton House and turn right. At the B3181 turn left. Go through Beare and turn left for Hele. Turn right immediately into our drive.
