Ideally located across the road from the beach, we are 50 metres from the pier and White Rock Theatre, and 5 minutes walk from the town centre.
The train station is just a mile away, along with the country park.
Battle is a little further at 4 miles and Rye and Camber Sands 12.
We are also set halfway between Dover and Brighton, both at 40 miles.
There are numerous stately homes and castles within a 30 mile radius.
The area is ideal for cycling and walking with numerous walking and cycling routes including South Downs Way all nearby.
