Situated just ten minutes drive from Norwich.We have 4 superb en- suite rooms and 1 with private bathroom, all with one or two double beds, all non- smoking.There are 2 bars and a 70 cover restaurant serving delicious home-cooked food.The staff and the locals are friendly!!
We have a beautiful large garden with a great kids play area and lots of car-parking.
We received excellent reviews in The Eastern Daily Press, finalists in the The Going Out Awards, maximum marks from Cask Marque.If you are visiting on business and dont fancy an impersonal chain hotel or bringing the family for a break ,stay with us ,you wont be disappointed.

Whichever road you approach Norwich from the simplest way to find us is take the ring road and follow the brown signs to "The Norfolk Broads". You will turn on to the A1151 Norwich to Wroxham Road at a roundabout near a garage with lots of 4x4 vehicles, we are just one mile from there.
