Cancellation Deadline
Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Rooms cancelled 48 hours prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than two days' notice will be charged the amount pro-rata to the number of full days' notice provided. In the event of damage being caused we reserve the right to apply charges, without further authorisation, to the customers credit/debit card as necessary. Those who smoke in smoke-free areas will be subject to an additional charge of £100.
