On reaching Eddleston Village turn right at the Horseshoe Inn signposted Lyne via Meldons. Follow this road for approx. 200 metres, Barony Castle entrance is on your right. By Train, the nearest main line station is Edinburgh Waverley which is approx. 17 miles away. Taxi to Eddleston, private car hire or public Bus from Edinburgh City Centre. By Air, the nearest airport is Edinburgh International which is approx. 20 miles, private car hire or taxi to Eddleston.
