Avondale is a superbly located, Victorian bay-fronted, mid-terrace cottage, situated in Borth-y-Gest and can sleep seven people. There are two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower room), a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a gas fire. Outside there is roadside parking and an enclosed garden with a terraced lawn, decking and furniture.
Avondale is a wonderful base for your relaxing holiday.

Great location and views from rear
Accommodation is tired, and some furnishings,particularly carpets and lounge furniture is dirty and worn. When we arrived the house was freezing and we had to clean the bathrooms as little hairs around the sinks.
The house is spacious and well equipped and welcome pack and fresh flowers there. I couldn?t recommend due the dirty old carpets and lounge being so tired. The location is great though.

Great location near the beach. A very homely yet spacious cottage. Good base to explore from and lots to do even when the weather wasn't too good.
