Such a comfy holiday house, with lovely views towards Moel Y Gest. Once the home of former Prime Minister David Lloyd George, who lived at Morfin from the age of 16 for ten years. As a solicitor he had his first office in what is now the dining room! "Morfin is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, Ice cream parlour and restaurants, you can't help but enjoy staying in Criccieth all year round" Within a short walk from Morfin you can enjoy Criccieth's interesting individual shops, galleries, good restaurants and cafes.
One of the best fish and chip shops in North Wales is just up the road, as is the famous Cadwalader's Ice Cream. Morfin is peaceful, calm and relaxing, with soft colours and interesting bits and bobs. I love the lamp in the dining room and the David Lloyd George corner on the landing where you can sit and soak up the view or quietly read a book.

Not amazing
The pictures used are pretty old, the place looks different (no seat under the stairs, different chairs) . All due respect but the owner cleans with his dog so there is dog hair ev.ery.where which was unpleasant. Heads up in the attic bedroom there is a weird bathroom shower thing that takes a minute to wrap your head around. (to the owner- sorry, but it wasn?t great xx) still an nice place ig
