Orchard Cottage
This large cottage has two ensuite bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, TV and DVD player. The bathroom has been completely re-furbished and has a bath and walk in shower. Bedroom 2 is accessed via bedroom 1 and the bathroom, and has a double bed and a 3ft single bed, 21" TV, Freeview, and DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge/diner, small conservatory and large shared garden, with areas of privacy, with barbecue and garden furniture.new for Spring come and feed the orphan lambs
Pets welcome (£10 charge per pet) TV and DVD in bedroom 1, and in bedroom 2 there is a 21" TV, freeview and DVD player. Sorry no smoking in the property.

The Bothy
Comfortable, spacious and full of character. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with an electic oven with 4 hot plates, washing machine, mircowave, slow cooker, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. There is a shared use of tumble dryer.
The living room has an exposed stone wall and beams. It is a good size and has a sofa and two comfortable chairs, TV with freeview, DVD player, and radio/tape/CD player.
Stairs lead from the kitchen to the vaulted large bedroom with en suite bathroom.
There is a 6ft bed,(Which can be made into 2 single beds if required), and a further 3ft single bed. A cot can be provided if required. There is room to sleep another child on a matress on the floor if required.
The bathroom has a walk in shower newly installed a separate bath, toilet and basin.
Garden funiture and a BBQ are provided in the large, mature garden, providing privacy if required.
Parking for one car. off road and private.
Well behaved dogs welcome (£10 supplement per dog).
