For two slices of bread, combine ½ oz. butter with ½ teaspoon mustard and a dash of salt, Cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Add 3oz. grated Cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon beer (milk may be substituted). Toast the bread on one side only and spread the mixture on the other side. Brown under a hot grill.
