This property is located in the village of West Lulworth a pretty coastal village the main road of which leads down to the horseshoe shaped beach at Lulworth Cove. The village itself has a number of shops as well as a range of restaurants and pubs which make it a wonderful place for an enjoyable seaside holiday. The beach is a sheltered pebble cove which is popular with both swimmers and rock-poolers alike and is also a good location for diving.
Some of the region s most stunning scenery can be admired from the coastal path between West Lulworth and Durdle Door and walkers will be rewarded with one of the most iconic seaside views in England. This contemporary property is a wonderful place to enjoy a coastal retreat with its comfortable accommodation and proximity to the beach at Lulworth Cove. On entering the property guests will find two ground-floor bedrooms the first of which is a pleasant double room whilst the second is a restful twin room.
The main bathroom is also on this floor and offers a shower-over-bath and WC. Stairs lead to the first floor home to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner a light-filled space which has plenty of space to relax and unwind on the comfortable sofas in front of the TV/DVD. A doorway leads through to the kitchen/diner where there is a dining table seating six and all the equipment that guests will need to make themselves at home including an oven hob microwave fridge freezer microwave and dishwasher.
The washing machine is kept separately on the ground floor of the property. A second set of stairs takes guests to the top floor where the third bedroom can be found. This king-size room which has some reduced head-height due to its location in the eaves of the property is a fantastic master suite with its own dressing room and a sanctuary-like en-suite bathroom with a double-ended bath separate shower and WC.
French windows from the dining area lead onto a balcony which opens out to a patio area with garden furniture itself leading onto a lawn area with views over the surrounding countryside. Please note the lawn area is quite steep and children will need careful supervision. There is parking for two cars with additional parking available on the nearby slip road.
