This property with sea views in a private location is within walking distance of the village of St Keverne which has two pubs and a number of shops. It is perfectly located for exploring the range of beaches around the Lizard Peninsula which benefits from being one of Cornwall s quieter tourist destinations with a laid-back pace of life. For a different experience of Cornish life the popular town of St Ives with its Tate gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum is less than an hour s drive away whilst the town of Falmouth is within a forty-five-minute drive.

This well -proportioned property is the perfect place for a family break and guests will find that there is plenty of space for everyone both inside and out. There are two lounges each with its own TV. One benefits from the addition of a DVD whilst the other has an open fire lovely for relaxing in front of in the winter months.

The contemporary kitchen has everything you will need to enjoy your stay including with an electric oven microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Doors from the kitchen open out onto the garden. There is also a handy separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

To the first floor there are four bedrooms: two doubles one of which has an en-suite shower and WC and two twins. There is an additional shower room with WC on the first floor whilst a bathroom with bath and WC is located on the ground floor. Outside large gardens surround the property with sea views and garden furniture for guests to enjoy the sunshine.

There is ample off-road parking. Guests are welcome to bring up to three dogs on request and at an additional charge of 20:00 for up to 7 nights 40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional 20:00 for every week or part week thereafter per dog.
