The town of Helston is two miles away a bustling community with some interesting heritage features including the 15th century Blue Anchor Inn. Just outside the town is Flambards a popular theme park with a range of rides and attractions to suit all tastes from thrill rides to the more genteel Victorian Village.

Two miles south-west of Helston is the National Trust managed Penrose Estate home to Cornwall s largest natural lake and surrounded by stunning woodland walks. You will also find several National trust gardens near by to visit. Further afield yet still within easy reach are numerous beaches and harbour towns including Praa Sands and Coverack.

This spacious property makes a wonderful getaway for a couple who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Guests are greeted by a traditional Cornish cream tea in the property s large and homely kitchen which is well-equipped with an integrated range cooker fridge microwave dishwasher and freezer. There is also a TV and hi-fi in the kitchen for guests enjoyment.

The lounge is equally spacious and has plenty of comfortable seating a TV and DVD as well as patio doors which open out onto the garden. The property s bedroom is an elegant double and the shower room with WC is contemporary and light-filled. Outside the property benefits from a lovely large enclosed garden which is mainly set to lawn with a patio area sitting directly outside the door to the lounge.

There is outdoor seating and a barbecue making this a great place to enjoy relaxing alfresco meals. Guests are also able to enjoy the farm s 150 acres of meadows and to look in on the grazing cattle. There is ample off-road parking.
