Located close to Sennen with its beautiful sandy beach renowned for its world class surfing this is a perfect place for beach lovers. Guests can discover the village s good restaurants pubs a harbour and some great craft and gift shops that all add to the atmosphere of a traditional Cornish village. The South West Coast Path is nearby offering stunning cliff-top walks to Lands End and beyond.
Be sure to visit the mining museums at Geevor and Levant and explore the breath taking views at Botallack where the industrial ruins cling to the cliffs and outcrops. Penryn is also home to some National Trust houses and gardens such as Trereife and Trengwainton to name a few. Other attractions in the area include The Minnack Theatre which enjoys a stunning backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean Cape Cornwall Land s End famous St Michael s Mount Zennor with its Mermaid myths the fishing village of Mousehole and the art hub of St Ives with The Tate Modern and Barbara Hepworth Museum which is a short drive around the scenic coastal road.
On entering the cottage you will notice the well thought out open plan design of the lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has ample comfortable seating and TV/DVD with Freeview and a hi-fi to keep up to date with all the latest shows and films of an evening. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you could need for a self-catering holiday including a double electric oven and hob a ceramic hob an integrated fridge with ice box a dishwasher an integrated washing machine and a microwave.
There is also a table in the dining area for guests to enjoy a hearty meal at. The bedroom has a double bed a TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower over spa bath and WC. Outside to the rear of the property there is exclusive use of enclosed decked area with gas BBQ and furniture to relax and enjoy the country air.
There s also ample off-road parking.
