Truro the cultural capital of Cornwall is just a twenty minute-drive offering a wealth of shops restaurants and entertainment.

Closer to home you can also board a ferry across the bay to Fowey. On entering this welcoming first floor split-level apartment you will find yourself in the bright and airy lounge a delightful space to relax in complete with TV/DVD and an electric wall mounted fire. Elsewhere on this floor you will find a cosy double bedroom as well as bathroom complete with shower over bath and WC.

From the lounge you can head down a few steps into the stylish and spacious kitchen/diner.
