Surrounded by working farmland this is an ideal base for enjoying a range of great days out. The vibrant and popular town of Aberystwyth is just a few miles away and features a beautiful beach pier and funicular railway as well as a fantastic array of great places to eat and drink.

Nant yr Arian has an excellent visitor centre and is perfect for beautiful woodland walks stunning views and the Red Kite feeding centre. A little over ten miles away you will find magnificent beaches and you can also take the opportunity to see the remnants of the submerged forest at Borth. On entering this spacious single-level farm building conversion you will find yourself in the entrance hallway with the spacious well equipped kitchen to your left the perfect place to cook up a feast after a busy day exploring following on from the kitchen area you will pass the family bathroom if you continue your journey along the corridor you will enter the large lounge/diner with patio doors leading to the enclosed garden area and private hot tub.

This space is a great communal space for all guests to relax and plan the next days activities. If you head back towards the entrance doorway you will find to your right the first of the double bedrooms with an en-suite shower room following the corridor round to the right you will find the further 2 twin bedrooms and double bedroom all of which have been tastefully decorated Stepping outside you can relax and sit back in the enclosed garden with lawn and patio area with seating. This leads down into grounds which are shared with the other properties on-site including a children s play area.

You will also have access to a private hot tub.
