Excellent Quality large cottage
So Clean!
We stayed with two dogs and a parrot. Accomodation obviously capable of taking bigger families. Part of a courtyard of 4 other similar properties, with enclosed off road parking and 6 (yes 6) EV recharge points! Each cottage has a small enclosed grassy area around the main grass quadrangle. EV points by PodPoint - text owner to get put on the user list.
Scale of rooms is large, kitchen well equipped with Neff appliances, good selection of utensils and crocks, good size fridge freezer, microwave, 4 slice toaster kettle etc. Nice little woodburner (prop the door open to get it to draw) and large basket of wood. Bedrooms and showers of similar high standard. The cleaning staff take pride in their work!
There is a large 'communal' games room next to the Old Cart Shed (within the quad) which is kitted out with a bar billiards table, full size table tennis and air hockey as well as copious toddler toys,
There is a bridleway across the road from the property, the area is very quiet at night (some road noise during day), countryside is open rolling farmland and woodland. Winterborne Stickland boasts a pub/restaurant (dogs in the public bar), the area has several other well recommended country pubs.
We used it as a base for exploring in the Dorset area. A fair way from the coast (30mins+), but central for everywhere, and the rolling Dorset countryside is spectacular.

We absolutely loved the place! It was far enough away from everywhere so it was quiet but still close enough to all the main places we wanted to visit. The accommodation was everything we wanted and then some! We would definitely come back!

Super accommodation. Extremely well equipped and the fenced off garden made it very easy with the dog, meaning we could truly relax. A good location to explore the beautiful county of Dorset.

The cottage was amazing, a very high standard and with attention to detail. The games room was great! It is situated in a lovely part of Dorset with great walks only 5 -15 minutes away. Will recommend to everyone I speak to!

Liked the spaciousness of the barn (the brochure did not do it justice), the nice roomy bedrooms and the wow factor when you first entered the barn. The pool and table tennis tables in the games room kept our 15 year old grandsons busy most days.
