Self Catering in Dorset - Dottery

Perfect in so many ways
Lovely cottage which was warm and cosy even in January! It's located on a small road a few minutes drive from Bridport so it's close to all amenities including an excellent farm shop. The cottage has all anyone could need including fridge freezer, microwave and Wi-fi. Beds are comfortable and there is a dining room which we only used twice but would be good for families to play games. The Garden is small but enclosed and there is parking for two cars. The whole property feels spacious and light. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only downside is that there are steps up to the bathroom and kitchen which might be an issue for the less mobile.

We were very pleased with the cottage, it was an ideal base for our holiday. It is in a nice quiet location but was only two miles to Bridport with all necessary amenities. Would definitely visit again.

We have had a very enjoyable week at The Old Smithy and would both recommend this cottage and would come back again ourselves. It is very well maintained and I have no complaints at all, our holiday here was excellent.
