Water's Edge is a comfortable modern house that is situated in Ferrybridge close to the Isle of Portland in Dorset and benefits from sea views. Sleeping up to five people, set over two floors, there is one single, one twin and one double room, that has its own en-suite shower, as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the property is made up of a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room boasting sea views.
A lawned rear garden that leads out to the off-road parking for 1 car, with additional on road parking. Water's Edge is suitable for a family looking to explore the coast.

Relaxing stay
Firstly, if arriving by car, don't unload until someone opens the back door and opens the garden gate to access your vehicle. This will save you the trouble of endless journeys round to the front of the property.
The position of the house is great. Next to a little beach that allows dogs and on the Rodwell trail, a converted railway track, which is popular with walkers and cyclists (some a little speedy). The views are magnificent of Portland bay from the lounge and bedroom. The garden is completely enclosed so is safe for children and dogs.
The carpets are light colour so best to leave your shoes at the door as you come in. There are 3 toilets and two bathrooms and we did run out of hot water after someone had a bath. You are also mid terrace so need to be mindful of your neighbours if you are a noisy family. The beds were clean and comfortable but we needed extra covers on the single bed for our child as the duvet was too light and too small to tuck in. Perhaps bring an extra blanket with you.
