The living areas in this charming property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a sitting room with woodburning stove and veranda. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a mezzanine double serviced by a first-floor shower room, there is also a cloakroom with basin, WC and washing machine. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a private garden with decking, furniture, external shower room with WC and access to a short path leading to the beach.

Within less than 3 miles there is a shop and 200 yards a pub and beach. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Westcott is a beautiful setting a family holiday to the Lincolnshire coast. Note: The mezzanine bedroom is accessed by six steps, has sloping ceilings with limited head height and a low level double bed. NOTE: No Sunday check ins allowed
