Hosting two bedrooms: one double and one family room with a super-king-size (zip/link) and a single truckle bed, together sleeping a total of five guests. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room but the max total occupancy for the property is five.

Completing the interior is an open-plan fitted kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a conservatory. Private hot tub. Outside has a shared lawned garden with a shared swimming pool but with own patio area with dedicated furniture and BBQ.

Off-road parking. Pool Cottage is an excellent choice for a rural break to the Lincolnshire countryside. Pool heated from 25 May to 25 Sep.

Rear shared lawned garden with large swimming pool available to use all year round and heated from 25th May to 25th September. Own dedicated patio area in the garden with furniture and BBQ. A glamping pod will be available in the garden from March 2022.
