Lovely views but poorly managed
The property is in an excellent location and has lovely views and outside spaces. It was let down by not having been cleaned before our arrival and it took two days of chasing for another cleaner to come. In that time we kept being asked to leave the property for 3 hour windows, then coming back and the cleaner hadn't been, then calling to chase, then leaving again. This was very disruptive, particularly as we had a young baby.
