Croft Elms is a delightsome bungalow resting in Trebetherick near Polzeath, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, a utility cupboard with tumble dryer, airer, iron, ironing board and hoover, a sitting room with woodburning stove, TV, Chromecast and Sonos speaker, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin with zip/link and TV with Freeview, along with a bathroom and shower room. Outside, there is a patio with furniture, enclosed lawn and sun deck and off-road parking for three cars.

Within less than 1 miles, you will find a shop, and within less than 1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There are two steps leading down to the patio, please take care.
