The remains of a Benedictine priory church dating to 1090. The construction shows the herringbone style associated with late Saxon and early Norman buildings. The church has a rounded apse, unusual in England, in addition to a simple nave, chancel, and sanctuary. Despite its use as a barn, the church is remarkably unaltered.

St Andrew's church in Isleham gets onto most lists of the best historic churches in Cambridgeshire, and it is easy to see why. The church dates to 1331, when an earlier church on the site was rebuilt in grand style. The interior was largely rebuilt in the 15th century, and the west tower had to be rebuilt in 1893 when the medieval tower collapsed.

The parish church of St Andrew in Kimbolton dates to the 13th century, though there are records of a church here at the time of the Domesday Book. An early Norman building was extended in the 13th century with the addition of north and south aisles, and a tower and spire were added in the following century. The church was heavily remodelled in the Perpendicular period, and much of the current building dates to that era.

One of the most exceptional examples of late medieval architecture in England, King's College Chapel was founded in 1441 by Henry VI, to serve students of his new King's College. Henry appropriated land by the River Cam and brought in Reginald of Ely, his royal architect, to supervise the construction of a superb chapel along collegiate lines. Henry himself laid the foundation stone of the chapel in 1446.
