Westwood Manor is a lovely 15th-century manor built of golden stone. The house features medieval Gothic and later Jacobean windows and beautiful plasterwork decoration. Three of the rooms have decorated ceilings dating to 1490. The interiors boast wonderful period furniture, giving a real flavour of the medieval world.

Wilton Windmill is a restored five-storey tower mill built in 1821. It is the only working windmill in Wessex. The mill has two patent sails and two common sails, with a fantail and a rotating cap. In the windmill grounds is a restored thatched granary brought here from the Longleat Estate.
