This attractive property is perfectly positioned for touring the ruggedly gorgeous county of Cornwall with its long sandy surfing beaches along the north and south coast. Major visitor attractions in the area include the Eden Project historic Plymouth with the maritime landmark the Hoe Barbican National Marine Aquarium numerous National Trust properties and gardens Jamaica Inn and many more. The area is also famed for its fantastic scenery and is the perfect haven for walkers.
In the evenings relax with a BBQ on the patio or take a stroll to the village pub less than 1 mile away. Guests are also invited to indulge in a spot of fishing along the private 1 mile stretch of river (maximum of 2 rods). On arrival at this property you will notice that it retains much of its charm and character.
The cosy lounge has plenty of seating a wood burner with logs included and a TV/DVD with Freeview to keep up with your favourite shows. The kitchen/diner is presented in a farmhouse-style with an oven and hob washing machine fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. There are three bedrooms all on this level and some with lovely countryside views the first of which has a double bed and en-suite shower room with WC the next has twin beds with en-suite shower room with WC.
The final bedroom contains a super-king bed. All bedrooms have a TV the twin containing a TV/DVD. The bathroom is close by with its bath wet room-style shower and WC.
Outside is the property s enclosed garden and patio with seating. There is also off-road parking for three cars.
