This spacious holiday cottage has been designed in an upside-down arrangement so that guests can truly appreciate the surrounding countryside views. Enter the property on the ground floor where the bedrooms are situated. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom which features a shower over bath and WC.

There is also two separate twin rooms and a family bathroom with show shower over bath and WC and a utility room with washing machine. As you climb the stairs you ll notice the light that floods into the open-plan living space. From here access the balcony and enjoy the view.

As well as your own private balcony and patio guests will have access to a shared lawn and BBQ as well as a huge range of leisure facilities that are available on site. There are plenty of activities to suit all age groups including a heated indoor swimming pool (open seven days a week 8am 10pm private bookings are taken at times public opening time tables and full information can be found on site) snooker tables skittle alley squash courts five-a-side all-weather pitch and two carp fishing lakes. Little ones will be in their element burning energy in the adventure playground and indoor soft play area with its own coffee shop.
