This cottage is one of three properties situated in a secluded countryside location. The converted barn has been renovated to a very high standard and is a great place to stay and get away from it all. A pub and shop are two miles away and there are many options available for day trips by car.

The popular coastal town of Bude is 13 miles away with its shops pubs and several beaches including Widemouth Bay. There are many local tourist attractions in the area including The Big Sheep RHS Rosemoor Tamar Lakes and the Milky Way Adventure Park. Moving further afield Tintagel Bodmin Moor Dartmoor and Barnstaple are all within an hour s drive.

Inside the property itself the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner features vaulted beamed ceilings a TV/DVD recording HD box a radio/CD player and a wood burner (the first basket of logs is included). The dining table has seating for four people whilst the kitchen area is decorated in a country style and equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave washer/dryer dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The cottage has two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin with 2 6 beds.

The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside there is a patio area and a garden to relax in. By prior arrangement with the owners guests are allowed to visit the tame sheep in their field and spend time with the chickens and ducks and can also make use of the seating overlooking the pond for a tranquil spot to enjoy the peace and quiet.

There is also ample parking for guests with cars.
