If you re a keen fisherman or would like to try it for the first time there are plenty of opportunities in the local area such as Youldon Water less than 2 miles away and Tamar Lakes which both offer course fishing. Tamar Lakes is a great all-round location to visit however with walking routes watersports and a wildlife reserve.
The traditional village of Bradworthy the market town of Holsworthy with its award-winning pub and the sandy beaches of Bude are all within easy reach of this property. Don t miss great walks along the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail as well! The lounge features a TV/DVD and a wood burner (first basked of logs included) there is also a sofa bed which allows for additional guests to stay ideal if you re a small family. The bedroom itself has an impressive four-poster bed and hi-fi. There is also a separate bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
The French doors open from the dining area to reveal a pretty secluded patio area with a BBQ and garden furniture which is free for you to enjoy. Within the grounds there is also a play barn with table football size table tennis and soft play equipment and an outdoors play area with climbing frame and trampoline. Stroll though the owners fields and the along the adjacent footpath pausing only to admire the view from the well-positioned bench.
