The apartment is located just a fifteen-minute walk (or a two-minute bus ride) from Brixham town centre where visitors can enjoy exploring the shops restaurants watch the fishing boats come and go visit the interesting replica of The Golden Hind and even catch a ferry across the bay to the popular resort of Torquay. Brixham boasts several beaches two of which are within a ten-minute walk of the property: Breakwater Beach which is not only popular with families but also with scuba divers and Shoalstone beach a shingle beach with a delightful seawater pool which is free to access. At the heart of this first-floor apartment is the open-plan lounge/diner with its beautiful far-reaching sea views and patio doors which open onto the balcony.

There is a dining table seating four along with comfortable seating which is arranged to make the most of both the sea views and the warming pebble effect electric fire. There is also a TV/DVD so you won t miss your favourite TV programme. The kitchen is equipped with everything that guests will need to make themselves at home including a double oven/grill hob fridge/freezer and microwave.

Two comfortable bedrooms each enjoy sea views/glimpses the first is a double room and the second a twin. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. A balcony with a table and chairs provides guests with a fantastic place to sit out and enjoy the views out to sea whilst there is also access to a shared garden.
