Wonderful
What a wonderful place to watch the sunrise. Myself and a friend were in Bridlington for a two day course so we thought we would make it a slightly longer stay. What a treat, this lovely apartment has a clear view across the beach, to the left at night you can see the light house at Flamborough Head. It was bright , airy but also warm and comfortable. Whilst the bedrooms are small the living accommodation is open planned and quite spacious. The wonderful french windows overlooking the sea open up fully and I spent 3 early mornings in a cosy chair with a mug of tea watching the sun rise with the windows wide open, basking in the early spring sun, heavenly. Everywhere was clean, tidy and very well looked after, underfloor heating in the bathroom, a nice touch, everything you really needed in the kitchen. The entrance hall also clean and tidy with soft carpeting right up to the flat. The flat owner couldn?t have been more helpful. Really no complaints, just praise. It is however a climb to the apartment so perhaps not for a person with mobility problems . Off street parking a bonus although I suspect in high season it might be a little snug if you have a large car. All in all can?t praise it enough, thought I might encourage the husband up there for a few days r and r .

Just perfect ! 2 nd stay hoping for 3rd
Love staying here for a week. We go in January or February as Bridlington is quiet then just perfect for us. The apartment has everything we need and is very clean, well presented with bonus of off street parking in its own car park Yes it has stairs due to being top floor but wasn't a problem as they aren't steep. I could go on and on about the view,we hardly move from the two easy chairs in the window, complete with a nice glass of wine or cuppa tea ! Love to watch the boats coming in and out and any weather fronts rolling in from the sea Location is perfect 10 min walk to marks and Spencer's food hall however been told by locals it is to close...however Tesco and Morrisons close by. Harbour 5 min walk Some lovely restaurants in the old town 5 min drive ...Raffles and Lamp, some very interesting bars too. Great chippy 5 min walk called Wards opp harbour It's very quiet here we never hear a thing Steve the owner is very helpful and pleasant. Stay here and I guarantee you will want to come back !

Superb
This is the second time we have stayed at this flat. Situated on the third floor directly overlooking the beach..fantastic views. About a 10 minute, flat walk into the harbour. The flat is very well appointed, even luxurious!! Wi-fi, smart TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer electric oven/cooker. Lots of storage space and all very modern and clean. The bathroom has underfloor heating with separate electric shower cubicle. Two bedrooms with a king size bed in the main and bunk beds in the kids room. There are other residents living in the other flats but they are very quiet and the lady below is lovely. Private parking is at the rear and there is free parking on the side road if you take more than one car. Only downside this year was the wheelie bins were full so we had to get rid of waste in the public litter bins across the road. Also it is on the the third floor so getting your stuff in and out is a bit of a chore. The stairs aren't steep though and beautifully carpeted. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will surely go back in the future!!!

This was a lovely place to stay, it felt more like a home than a holiday let. A great apartment for anyone with children, as the beach is just across the road.

Excellent location with lovely view of the beach. A quiet spot yet an easy short walk to town centre. A very comfortable modern warm apartment and an ideal base for exploring East Yorkshire.
