Great Rental and Jacuzzi was a Bonus
We booked this rental for a couple of reasons 1. The location is superb your very close to the walk into city center and also the walks by the River DEE , plus the Canal , where there are both bars and restaurants along both locations.
The cottage is amazing , kitchen well designed and equipped .
The bed was so comfortable and its very quiet at night time in the cottage.
We walk a lot and the Jacuzzi was a welcomed bonus to relax in in the evening.
The owner Gaynor we cant compliment her enough regarding her instructions and information . We also had the privilege of meeting her when she did midweek check on Jacuzzi . Do not worry though she will not disturb you or the accommodation as she can access the Jacuzzi from the garden gate when unlocked .
This lady as obviously thought everything through and as I have said we had the privilege of meeting her our choice .

Cosy cottage in excellent location
This homely little cottage for 2 is warm and comfortable, exceptionally clean, well equipped and everything is of very high quality. Don?t be put off by no parking it wasn?t a problem we parked just along the road (free) plenty of spaces. The cottage is conveniently situated for the city centre and races, just an easy 15/20 minute walk. We'll definitely return for another lovely weekend here.

Cosy Christmas
We had booked nearly a year in advance for Christmas and decided around September to add another night this was easily sorted. Gaynor messaged us on the morning of arrival to check what time we were expected to arrive and also called us to go through some of the information we needed. Throughout the stay Gaynor was contactable and this really made us feel at ease. The cottage was really clean and Gaynor had decorated it for us which was a really lovely extra touch. This is one of the best equipped places I have ever stayed, bath robes, towels, books, puzzles, everything you could ever need in the kitchen, hairdryer and so on. This made our stay really easy as it was a home away from home. There is a full size fridge and freezer either side of the oven, a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. We were provided with a basket of wood for the log burner, the WiFi was strong and the tv connected easily to Netflix. We enjoyed the hot tub daily and the space the cottage gave us. There was plenty of free road parking, we had no problems finding a nearby space in the 9 days we were there. This really is a hidden gem and Gaynor is a superb host. I hope we can return next year.

A Perfect Cottage!
A beautiful cottage with everything that you could wish for! Spotlessly clean and inviting, so lovely and cosy. Gaynor the owner kept us updated at all times, nothing was too much trouble at all and all the little personal touches around the cottage added to the homely feel. The bottle of fizz and cake were a lovely surprise. The hot tub was great after our shopping trip and day at Chester Zoo! Excellent location for getting into town and seeing local sites. Thank you for a wonderful few days

Perfect getaway
I have just returned from a fantastic trip to Chester, staying in this wonderfully quaint yet modern cottage.
It is a short walk to Chester and only a couple of minutes to ? The Mount? public house, which as the name suggests sits on high ground with views over the river Dee.
Gaynor was available to answer and questions and give recommendations for dining etc.
Her cottage is maintained and cleaned to the highest standards, but the highlight is the very private garden which is not overlooked by any properties, so relaxing in the hot tub is just that.
In short, I can?t recommend this place enough.
