Cennin is a fab family holiday house in the popular seaside town of Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula. The open plan kitchen and dining room is wonderfully sociable. You are not far from Criccieth beach and there are gorgeous sea views directly from the garden.

Just sit outside in the sunshine with your morning cuppa to make the most of them! The sitting room is large and bright. Comfortable sofas are set around TV & DVD player as well as a modern wall hung electric fire. The open plan kitchen and dining space has all you need to make cooking for the family easy - dishwasher, electric hob & fan assisted oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge freezer.

French doors in this room open out onto the garden area. There is also a dining table and chairs for family meals seating up to six people. There is a separate utility that houses the washing machine.

There is also a downstairs cloakroom with loo, wash hand basin, large electric shower. Cennin has three bedrooms - two double bedrooms and one twin room. The family bathroom is on the first floor and has a walk in shower, loo, wash hand basin, double ended freestanding bath and heated towel rail.

Outside there is an enclosed garden with an area laid to lawn and an elevated area with a table for sitting out on and enjoying the views. There is private off road parking for at least three cars on the gravelled area. A ten minute walk, or a two minute drive, will find you in the seaside town of Criccieth.

Alternatively, a ten minute drive either east or west will take you to Pwllheli or Porthmadog, both of which are towns with a variety of shops, restaurants and a supermarket.
