Although the property is very clean it is by no means suitable for any one with any disability. It is situated at possibly the highest point in Conwy with every route in or out a mammoth climb. Access to the narrow street it is situated on is a nightmare if you have a car of any decent size forget trying to park as you would be on edge all the time that it would get damaged. This is not helped by the people a cross the way allegedly hardly ever moving their car. Admittedly the owner mentioned the stairs were steep but failed to mention the banistef doesn't go all the way up the stairs if like me you need a rail to hold then coming down is a nightmare with 3 or 4 stairs to negotiate with nothing to hold onto. Due to all this it was impossible to stay hence we had to look for accommodation in nearby Llandudno. This meant a loss of over £400 plus paying extra for alternative accommodation. All this because either the owner or Sykes the agent failed to give adequate warning. I realise this is the owners busines but a small good will gesture would have sweetened this nightmare in some way
