What an amazing stay!
Wow? I have literally just got home from a 2 night stay with the girls and I couldn?t wait to write how amazing the Parlour is! The hosts Paul and Zuzana were incredible they gave us lists of information and videos how to find the property as it's a hidden gem! The property itself is immaculate and has all the amenity's needed for a stay. The beds are really comfy and the jacuzzi is well a girls weekend essential! The little touches with welcome cake and drinks was lovely. All of the girls said how much they loved it and we all felt really sad to leave! We are looking for another excuse to book again. Thanks Zuzana for showing us how everything worked! Your amazing!! Xx

Highly recommend! Lovely place!
Just returned from a 2 night say at The Parlour with 6 family and friends. The parlour is beautiful, very clean, well equipped and the host Paul and Zuzana are really lovely.
The house was a perfect space for us to celebrate my cousins 30th birthday, the hot tub is great and the Bluetooth speakers were very easy to connect and worked. (Unlike a lot of places I have visited before where they speakers didn?t work).
The view from the hot tub and open plan dining/kitchen is beautiful and can be taken in whilst having a soak, enjoying a morning coffee or whilst dining today at the large kitchen table.
The mezzanine is a great space to spend that time to relax and unwind after a walk up Helsby hill or just to chill out, it is very cosy.
The rooms are brilliant great sizes again well equipped with wardrobes or draws, (only complaint here is it would be handy to have a mirror in the upstairs bedrooms). The beds are very comfy and all 7 of us slept very well. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the space to ensure the guests stay is perfect and works for all guest staying and offers space to socialise together or some time to sit alone reading a book.
Whether you are looking for a weekend break with all adults or longer with your children I would highly recommend The Parlour.

5/5 Stars!!!
Our stay at The Parlour was nothing short of spectacular. Myself and 6 other friends stayed here for a 3 day staycation and it completely exceeded our already high expectations. The house was uniquely designed with an upstairs open plan view of the lower floor, The Parlour is absolutely stunning with a huge outside field with a spacious hot tub (which was cleaned daily), an incredibly comfortable bed, stunning living space with cosy woodburner and a fully equipped kitchen, not to mention the well cleaned bedrooms and bathrooms. The weather was cold during our stay but that just made The Parlour feel like more of a safe haven, with the log fire and underfloor heating and peacefulness of the gated location. The owners Paul and Zuzana have done the most incredible job with this hot tub holiday cottage and are both absolutely lovely, with frequent communication and bottle of Prosecco upon arrival. We were also granted a later check out as some of my friends trains were not until later in the day. There's plenty to entertain nearby but also have the options of board games/ surround sound speakers and multiple other activities, including a pub just across the road. We had an amazing stay, and we can't wait to return already!!

Absolutely fantastic accommodation
We booked our stay at the Parlour for our friends 30th birthday. Such a beautiful stay, the house was fully equipped, spacious with with modern appliances. Zuzana and Paul the hosts were fantastic and always on hand when we needed them. The hot tub was cleaned every day which was great. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts left us fizz and cupcakes for our arrival. The Parlour is in a great location. We went paddleboarding / kayaking at Manley Mere which is a 5 minute drive. Frodsham is very close and we booked Artisan Green for tapas on Saturday which was fantastic. On Sunday we went to the Hornsmill Pub for a Sunday roast which is directly opposite the Parlour and the food was brilliant. Overall 5* stay - thank you!

Weekend away
Stayed there for a weekend in August. The place was absolutely fabulous, immaculately clean, nicely furnished with hot tub outside (this was cleaned daily)? the best good night sleep in a while?. Brilliant for kids with some outdoor activities and close to other attractions. The owners took really good care of us?.
