Not as advertised ?a disappointment!!
Sadly disappointed with our stay here. Garden Over grown. Green slime in pond. Broken, chipped crockery- we bought our own while there. Appalling dining room table and chairs hardly any covering on them and stained table cloth. Mould in bathrooms. Fridge and freezer dirty. Patio was in need of repair. Towel rail broken which had been tried to fix with blu tak ! Holes in net curtains. Not as advertised. Not worth the money or 4 star! No offer of refund from owner unfortunately.

Poor standards.
I have to say that the people reviewing this property as excellent must have pretty low standards. There were cobwebs and dust everywhere. The shower curtain in the main bathroom was stained. The heating could not be controlled by the guests. There were no instruction manuals, no welcome pack book with information on the local area. There was "stuff" everywhere, the under stairs area in particular was a dumping ground for ex residents items including coats, flat caps and Zimmer frames. Dead plants in the kitchen and the hallway. Front garden was overgrown, full of litter and we had to cut back the shrubbery so we could get in and out of the car. Many cups in the cupboard were chipped and stained. Knives for chopping were useless. Bedding was clean, towels were clean. Rhos is actually a really nice seaside town and I would definitely return but not to this property. Do the owners have no pride at all or are they just interested in taking people's money?

Spacious well equipped house in a quiet road
We stayed here in October 21 and enjoyed our holiday break. The house is in a quiet road with ample parking. Views from the back of the house are very pretty and you can see the sea. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated. The sitting room is cosy and has a good T.V. The hall is quite large, leading to the kitchen diner. The dining area has a TV and plenty of books and games. The kitchen is well equipped with nice willow pattern china and lots of cutlery, pans and glasses etc. There is a large fridge and plenty of cupboard space. I didn't cook at all but the cooker looked modern. Upstairs the 3 bedrooms were spacious and the 4th bedroom was a bit smaller. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well. The bathrooms were clean and the towels large enough and fluffy. We had good showers too. All in all a very nice place to stay. I don't know why a reviewer said the crockery wasn't nice or that it was dirty. Maybe the people staying before him didn't wash them properly. I don't expect they have time to inspect every dish and plate before the next visitors. Ours were clean anyway. Rhos is lovely with a good cafe (Coast) on the front serving English breakfasts and they were really quick if you're off out for the day. The Peacock bar restaurant serves excellent food. Also the Hickory for American type food. Llandudno is very clean and a lovely ressort, the Tynedale Hotel on the Prom with a white awning outside the front serves good cocktails and their staff are superb. Conwy is a great town too.
