The Boathouse is an excellent detached house situated in an outstanding location just a few metres from the Aln estuary and sandy beach, with beautiful uninterrupted views overlooking the estuary from its upstairs living room and balcony (bring binoculars!). Its efficient central heating makes the property suitable all year round and is ideal for couples out of season. It benefits from a good sized dog friendly enclosed garden, has private parking and is just a short walk from all the village amenities.

GROUND FLOOR Large hallway. Bedroom1 with king-size bed, en suite shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with king-size bed.

Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 with full-size bunk beds. Bathroom with bath, over shower, WC and basin.

Utility room with washing machine. FIRST FLOOR Open plan staircase (not suitable for young children). Living/dining room open plan with smart TV, large picture window onto balcony.

Separate WC and basin. Kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave. OTHER FACILITIES Enclosed garden, patio and furniture.

Gas central heating. All power, linen and towels included in rent. Private parking for 2 cars.
