Glebe House is a delightful annex sitting in Dalton-le-Dale near Seaham, County Durham and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Three bedrooms: one double with TV, balcony and en-suite shower facilities, two doubles with en-suite shower rooms. There is also a kitchen/diner with TV and woodburning stove, and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside there is off-road parking, a private patio that leads down to a shared, enclosed lawn, as well as a balcony with furniture and hot tub.

There is gas central heating with a gas fire and woodburning stove. The kitchen is where you will find an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The property additionally hosts a Smart TV, two TVs and WiFi.

Fuel, power and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the cost. Bed linen and towels are also included. Sorry, no pets or smoking is allowed at the annex.

Please note that the master bedroom is open-plan with the en-suite shower facilities. The property is adjoined to the owner's home, please consider this when booking. There are steps leading down from the patio, please take care.
