The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric double oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area, a snug with electric flame-effect stove and a summer house with furniture. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a private front terrace with furniture, an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis as well as additional parking in nearby car park.

Within 300 yards you will find a shop, within 200 yards a pub and within less than 1 miles a river and please note that pets are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc in rent. Rose Cottage is a charming base for a family escape to Devon.

Note: There are steep steps up to the property and in the garden.
