Eric House is a delightful, detached holiday home resting in Muston near Filey, North Yorkshire and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining seating for five. There is also a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a snug room and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link), a double with an en-suite and a single bedroom.
Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with furniture and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, smoking is not allowed.
Within less than 2 miles there is a shop, within 300 yards, a pub and within less than 2 miles, a beach. For a special retreat to North Yorkshire, getaway to Eric House.

An excellent base for walking
Eric House was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay and enjoy walking in North Yorkshire. The Wolds Way passes through the village and the Cleveland Way is close by. Seaside towns and beaches are easily accessible. Countryside and coastline are both beautiful. It was good to come back to a cosy home and a hot shower after a day out of doors!
We had everything needed for a very enjoyable week.
