The Lodge rests in Dawlish Warren, Devon, and sleeps for people in two bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and Smart TV. The bedrooms are on the ground-floor and consist of a double with a TV and storage, and a bunk room with a TV and storage, along with a ground-floor bathroom with bath and shower over. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, and off-road parking to the front of the property.

Within less than 1 miles you will find a shop, within less than 1 miles you will find a pub, and within less than 2 miles you will find the beach, and please note that no pets are welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Lodge is a lovely dwelling for a family break to Devon.

Note: There are steps down from the patio doors to the lawn.
