Church Cottage rests in Chagford, Devon, sleeping four people in two bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with Smart TV with On Demand TV (BBC I-Player, ITV hub, C4 hub) and Netflix (you will need your owner Netflix account), Blu-Ray player, selection of books and games and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room and king-size, both with zip/link, and a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with decking and furniture, as well as parking available in the village car park, with daily tickets available.

Within 200 yards, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted.

The stairs to the first floor are steep, please take care. There are also three steep steps down to the kitchen, please take care. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
